Terms and Conditions 

  • Everyone must complete a PAR-Q before commencing a session – download it here
  • All classes must be paid for in advance either online, cash or bank transfer. All monies are non-refundable. 10 class cards may be transferred ownership.
  • 10 class cards can be used at any class except Nia with Jo Turner. The cards do not expire and may be shared with friends and family.
  • ‘Unlimited’ is per person and cannot be shared. This entitles you to attend any session on the timetable (excluding Nia) and at any venue with no minimum or maximum per calendar  month, commencing 1st each month.
  • Deposit payments for the weekend event are refundable if cancelled before the final payment due date. For the 2017 event this date is 1st December 2016. After this date no funds are refundable but may be carried futtered events.
  • Our sessions take place all year round. The timetable will change based around school terms and holidays. We don’t run sessions on bank holidays or in weather that is deemed unsafe for you to travel to the venue, or if the venue is shut due to exceptional circumstances. Class information can be found on the website and facebook page. Any changes will also be informed via email.
  • Session fees and charges are subject to change and you will be notified of these in writing one calendar months notice in advance.
  • If your medical condition changes from when you first complete the PAR-Q you must inform your instructor and complete a new form.
  • As with any exercise programme, if at any point during your workout you begin to feel faint, dizzy, or have physical discomfort, you should stop immediately.
